Safety supervision in industry

In the industries many workers are injured because of not wearing safety equipment. To solve this problem, the company has hire a person who can keep an eye on workers, so they keep wearing the safety equipment all the time while at work. But it is extremely difficult for a person to supervise 100s of workers at all the time. To safeguard the workers and to abide the law of wearing safety equipment, we have introduced Sellyware, a Vision-based AI software to detect workers who are wearing safety equipment or not.

One industry wants to ensure that all the employees work with Safety equipment like Helmet, Jacket, Shoes, etc.

Process:

• Worker enter from the entry point.
• The camera captures the image of the worker and sends it to the software.
• Sellyware software detects worker and safety equipment like helmet, jacket, glasses, gloves and shoes etc.
• If any of these equipment are not detected then authenticated person gets a notification via various options, i.e. SMS, Email. etc.

Capabilities:

• Via notification, it gives on time alert. 
• Using some hardware alarm system also alert worker on the spot.
• Provide control signal to operate hardware i.e. open-close gate, so workers can’t enter into the workplace without safety equipment.
• Keep an online record with date, time, images, etc. which helps in system analysis.
